About Us
My name is Steve Noll and I am the owner of SLC Constuction Company. I have been in the construction and contracting business since 1983, and a licensed realtor since 1992. In the past I have completed a multitude of projects varying in size, cost and type of work. My goal is to provide my clients with a professional finished product to improve your home!
I started Foreclosure Advantage due to the high foreclosures in my area and the need for expertise in renovating properties. When purchasing a foreclosed home, you need a professional with experience in home improvements, renovations and real estate. In today's market, it is extremely important to have a quality designed and finished product when you consider purchasing a new home. A poor design or use of lesser grade materials can actually devalue your home.
The number one questions my clients propose to me is, "If I have this work done, will I get my money back on my improvement or investment?" My construction experience and knowledge of the real estate market has enabled me to make this conclusion. A practical and useful finished improvement should be evaluated in a ten step process. This adds value to your home when and if you decide to sell. Your return will be greater than your investment and your own personal use will justify the costs.
