My name is Steve Noll and I am the owner of SLC Constuction Company. I have been in the construction and contracting business since 1983, and a licensed realtor since 1992. In the past I have completed a multitude of projects varying in size, cost and type of work. My goal is to provide my clients with a professional finished product to improve your home!

I started Foreclosure Advantage due to the high foreclosures in my area and the need for expertise in renovating properties. When purchasing a foreclosed home, you need a professional with experience in home improvements, renovations and real estate. In today's market, it is extremely important to have a quality designed and finished product when you consider purchasing a new home. A poor design or use of lesser grade materials can actually devalue your home.

My construction experience and knowledge of the real estate market has enabled me to make this conclusion. A practical and useful finished improvement should be evaluated in a ten step process.
